-In diabetic people, the sharp pain is not that common as the sweating and blackouts.
-Other symptoms are dizziness, short of breath and losing consciousness. Usually, the heart attack happens because the blood that brings oxygen to the heart gets blocked on its way.
-Feeling a burning sensation and also feeling discomfort in the upper part of your abdomen.
-Nausea is also one of the symptoms, however, some may think of it as a problem with the digestive system.
-Among the other symptoms are paleness, anxiety, and fatigue.
